Jerry Wayne Lewis of Arma, Kansas went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2020 at his home he was 74.
Jerry was born April 30, 1945 in Sugar Creek, Missouri to Cecil Glen and Elmore (Cambell-Mills) Lewis. He was member of the Army Airborne from 1962-1965 and received his GED through the military. He was a Truck Driver for Adams Distribution.
He leaves his wife Patty of 40 years, two sons, a daughter, six grandchildren and one great grandson.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. The family has entrusted Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel in Baxter Springs, Kansas for cremation. Online condolences can be made at www.derfeltfuneralhomes.com.
