Wayne E. Austin, 56, of Pittsburg, passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at Via Christi Hospital.
He was born October 9, 1961, the son of Gerald and Geraldine (Wuerdeman) Austin. He attended Pittsburg area schools and graduated from Southeast High School. Wayne then attended Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education. Membership was held in the St. John Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a sister, Karen Austin of St. Paul, Minnesota; two nieces, Rachel McKibben and Kristina McKibben of the home. He was preceded in death by his parents.
