Pamela Sue Elliott, 68 of Pittsburg, Kansas passed from this life on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Pittsburg Health and Rehabilitation, Pittsburg, KS.
Pamela was born June 17, 1951 in Kansas City, MO to the union of William Frank and Peggy Sue (Byrd) Miles. Pamela worked for Emerson Electric, where she tested motors. She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church, Pittsburg, KS. Pamela earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Pittsburg State University. Pamela received many awards and even had some of her work published for poetry. She enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with her family.
Pamela is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by two sons, Randy Kraft and wife Amy of Pittsburg, KS, Curtis Kraft of Wichita, KS; daughter, Kelly Dollison and husband Danny of Arma, KS; brother, Gary Miles of Independence, MO; sister, Sheila Gardner of Independence, MO; six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3:00-4:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel, Baxter Springs, KS. After visitation Pamela has been entrusted to Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel for cremation. Online condolences may be expressed at www.derfeltfuneralhomes.com.
