Charles E. Turley of Baxter Springs, Kansas passed from this life on January 24, 2020 at his home, he was 57.
Charles was born on February 4, 1962 in Miami, Oklahoma to Charles and Wanda (Leonard) Turley. He lived in the Baxter Springs area for the last 20 plus years moving from Picher, Oklahoma. He worked for King Louie and was a member of the Miami Nation.
He is survived by three sisters Karen Turley, Brenda Underhill and Betty Anderson.
No services are planned at this time. The family has entrusted Derfelt's Baxter Chapel for cremation.
