Allison S. Fly, 71, of Parsons, died at 6:05 P.M., Saturday, May 2, 2020 at the Elmhaven East Nursing Home.
He was born April 10, 1949 in Jasper County, Missouri, a son of Ralph Walter and Anna B. (Head) Fly. He was raised at Parsons and attended school here, graduating high school with the Class of 1967. He then attended Parsons Junior College. He worked as a taxi driver for a local company for many years and in recent years continued to drive residents to their appointments around town.
He was Christian. He enjoyed leading bible studies at nursing homes and playing the piano at services.
Survivors include nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ralph David Fly.
