Clark Hutchens

Clark William Hutchens 60, of Quapaw former long-time resident of Picher, Oklahoma passed away Monday June 3, 2019 in Joplin, Missouri.

Clark was born July 2, 1958 to Thomas Floyd and Judy Jo (Bryant) Hutchens in Miami, Oklahoma.

He married Angela Gail Tyree in 2008 in Columbus, Kansas and she survives him of the home.

He worked in manufacturing, was a member of the NRA and the United in Christ Church of Quapaw, Oklahoma. 

He is preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter, Carlee Ann-Marie Hutchens. 








Survivors include three sons John and Miriam Hutchens of Quapaw, OK Jason Hutchens of Commerce, OK and Jeremy Hutchens of El Dorado, KS. Two daughters Jinger Griffith of El Dorado, KS and Jennifer Forse of TX, two brothers Tommy and Rita Hutchens of Kirksville, MO and Kent Hutchens of Commerce, OK. Three sisters Ginger Selle and Robert Stovall of Peoria, OK, Gayla and Jim McCoy of Ft. Scott, KS and Pam and Joe Waldon of Miami, OK. 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. 

Services will be held 10:30 am at the United in Christ Church of Quapaw, Oklahoma Thursday June 6, 2019 with Pastor Clif Redden and Pastor Tom Hutchins Officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Columbus, Kansas under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Miami, Oklahoma. 

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 pm Wednesday at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami, Oklahoma. Pallbearers will be Terry Cook, Chad Canady, Jordan Carolus, Josh Kelley, Ed Taylor and Danny Brandon. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kent Hutchens, Robert Stovall, Alvin Cook, Robert Blackburn and Joe Waldon.
