Barbara J. Miller, 77 of Frontenac, KS died at 10:55pm, June 22, 2019 at the Via Christi Village in Pittsburg.
She was born February 14, 1942 in San Jose, CA the daughter of Joseph Douglas and Blanche (Pickett) Helms.
On December 16, 1967 she was united in marriage to Albert Madison Miller, Sr.; he preceded her in death November 18, 2001.
Survivors include 3 children: Riley Joe Miller, Yula Jean Miller and Phillip Madison Miller all of Frontenac; three brothers: Daniel, Dennis and Roger Helms and a sister Darlene Penniman; along with seven grandchildren and several great & great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister Joan May Helms, brothers Burt Douglas Helms and Jerry Lee Helms.
Memorial services will be at a later date. Memorials may be made to the SEK Humane Society and/or the National Park Service; these may be let at or mailed to the funeral home.
