Freda Ann Wilson, 84, of Pittsburg, died February 4, 2018 at Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg, KS.
She was born March 17, 1933 in Pittsburg, Kansas, the daughter of Farris and Stenna (Coury) Martinous.

Freda married Gene E. Wilson on August 9, 1951 in Pittsburg. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Pittsburg.
Freda and her husband owned and ran Fruit-A-Rama grocery store and a Farmers Market in Pittsburg, Baxter Springs, Columbus and Parsons.
Survivors include two daughters; Pam (Wayne) Windsor of Pittsburg, KS, Stena Kay (Greg) Kirk of Riverton, KS, one brother; Raymond Martinous of Pittsburg, Kansas, five grandchildren; Misty (Shawn) Burnum of Leawood, KS, Gregory P. (Jessica) Kirk of Riverton, KS, Curtis (Christie) Windsor of Girard, KS, Chris (Alishia) Windsor, Cyle (Johnyee) Windsor and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 3 brothers; Johny Martinous, Lester Martinous, Mose Martinous, four sisters; Wanda Finn, Hazel Wilson, Emma Barnes, Margie Longan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am, Friday, February 9, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Pittsburg. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery. Parish rosary will be recited at 7 pm Thursday, February 8, 2018 at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home in Pittsburg. Family will receive friends following the rosary until 8:30 pm.
