Robert L. Kelly age 72 of Galena, Kansas passed away October 23, 2018 at the Galena Nursing Center in Galena, Kansas. He was born on November 11, 1945 in Commerce, Oklahoma.
A Celebration of Life will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, October 26, 2018 at Fellowship Baptist Church in Baxter Springs, Kansas, with Pastor Tom Watson, officiating.
