RonBo Little

Ronald J. “RonBo” Little, 63, of Parsons, passed away at 1:30 p.m., Monday, July 20, 2020 at Labette Health in Parsons.

He was born on February 27, 1957 at Elkhorn, Wisconsin to Joseph and Leota (Corn) Little. The family moved to Walnut where RonBo grew up and attended Walnut and Girard schools graduating from Girard High School.

RonBo worked at Corn’s Grocery and Locker, Littles Feed and Implement, for Pat Jacquinot, John Harris Construction, and the Pony Express prior to working at Grandview Cabinets for 31 years retiring as a forklift operator on January 1, 2020 for health reasons.

RonBo and Susan D. Dyson were married on March 5, 1980. They later divorced. He and Nealette J. (Shepard) Jones were married on April 9, 2005. She survives of the home. 








He loved watching sports and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, KU Jawhawks Basketball, and NASCAR fan. He also loved woodworking and cooking BBQ and smoking meat for his family and friends. In his younger years he enjoyed playing softball. Ronbo was known his sayings including “Lemonade! Lemonade! Lemonade! Woooo!”

In addition to his wife, Nealette, he is survived by his three sons, Dusty Little, and his companion, Linsey Atkins of Parsons, Tyler Little of Pittsburg, Brice Little, and his wife, Tacey of St. Paul; his daughter, Keri Little of Cherokee, his step-son, Chris Jones of Coweta, OK; his step-daughter, Cindy Fraker, and her husband, Rick of Welch, OK; 18 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four brothers, Ken Little, and his wife, Connie of Girard, Bob Little, and his wife, Mary Jo of Walnut, Randy Little, and his wife, Donna of Girard, and Dan Little of Walnut; two sisters, Debbie Dent, and her companion, Don McGowen, of Walnut and Marcia Smith, and her husband, Pat of Oswego; numerous nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; and numerous friends.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Dennis with Reverend Gerald Pringle officiating. Burial will follow. The family will receive friends at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Friday evening. The public is requested to wear casual dress and their favorite sport teams in honor of RonBo. Memorials are suggested to the Ronald McDonald House of Joplin and these may be left at or mailed to the funeral home 112 N. 26th St., P.O. Box 942, Parsons, KS 67357.
