Donna S. Darland, 86 of Pittsburg, formerly of McCune, KS, died Monday, January 23, 2017 at Oak View Estates in Frontenac, KS.
She was born October 6, 1930 in McCune, KS the daughter of Arthur and Janie (Mobley) Mullen.
She was married to Billy Verne Darland, Sr. they later divorced.
Donna was a member of the McCune Methodist Church for many years.
She was a homemaker and also worked at Carrington and Vintage Place in Pittsburg in food service.
Survivors include two daughters: Kim Clausen of Cherokee and Karla Williams of Pittsburg; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son Billy Verne Darland, Jr., three sisters: Doris Halcomb, Jane Hooke, Gloria Wiscomb and a brother Pete Mullen.
Services will be 10am Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home with Alex Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the McCune City Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6-8pm. Condolences may be left atwww.bathnaylor.com. Memorials may be made to the Fifth and Fairview Holiness Church and/or the First Baptist Church of Cherokee. Services by the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home of Pittsburg.
