Regina Ann Swan, age 64 of Baxter Springs, KS passed away at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, MO on June 21, 2018.
Regina was born on August 13, 1953 to the union of William Jacob Long and Shirlieanne (Dixon) Long. After graduating high school, she spent many years working as a hotel manager. She was a member of the Eastern Star Amy Chapter, and enjoyed sewing, knitting, and cooking.
Regina was united in marriage with Billy R. Swan, Jr. on December 14, 1991 in Magnolia, TX. He survives.
Additional survivors include four sons, Nicholas of Baxter Springs, Ayden of Baxter Springs, Michael of Tomball, TX, and Bryan of Tomball, TX; and one daughter, Misty of Spring, TX; as well as 7 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Shirlieanne.
Mrs. Swan was entrusted to Derfelt Funeral Home of Galena for cremation. The Family will hold a memorial service at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Galena. Online condolences may be expressed at www.derfeltfuneralhomes.com.
