Emily Copeland, 32, of Pittsburg, formerly of Parsons, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018 at her home. Death was unexpected.
She was born November 1, 1986 in Parsons to Brian and Shirley (Beebe) Copeland. Emily grew up in Parsons and graduated from Parsons High School in 2005. She later attended Labette Community College. Emily enjoyed attending her children’s sporting activities and taking them swimming during the summers.
Survivors include her children Ethan, Kiya, Zoey and Noah; mother, Shirely Copleand of Parsons and Nick LaForge a good friend of the family; sister Natalie Titus (Josh) of Tulsa; niece, Hannah of Tulsa; grandmother, Dolores Yarnell and her husband, Donnie, of Erie; grandfather, Lee Beebe of Parsons; grandmother, Oleva Copeland of Wichita; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Brian Copeland in November 6, 2018, her grandfather, Francis Copeland and an uncle, Mike Beebe.
Following cremation the memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., January 4, 2019 at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to help defray expenses. Online condolences may be left at www.wallfuneralservices.com.
