Dale D. Higginson, 82, of rural Parsons, passed away at 9:25 p.m., Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at the Cherryvale Nursing and Rehab Center at Cherryvale. Among his survivors is his wife, Wymetta Higginson, of the home.
Private family services will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday evening where the casket will remain closed. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Harry Haynes Memorial Hospice or to the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center Endowment Fund and these may be left at or mailed to the funeral home 112 N. 26th St., P.O.
